CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings made through agents must respect agency policies when applicable.
Peak season (19 Dec. - 15 Jan.):
Advanced and balance payments are non-refundable if for any reason a cancellation is made before the
check-in date.
High season (16 Jan. - 31 May and 1 Nov. - 18 Dec.):
Advanced and balance payments are non-refundable if for any reason a cancellation is made before the
check-in date.
Low season (1 Jun. - 31 Oct.):
Advanced payment made at the time of reservation is non-refundable if for any reason a cancellation is
made before the check-in date.
